The Senior System Analyst analyzes user requirements and policy and procedures to create system requirements to be used by designers to create computer applications using web-based.  This position is responsible for analyzing existing mainframe reports and requirements to create requirements for the creation of the federal OCSE 157 report in for the TXCSES 2.0 project.  Work may involve reviewing legacy Natural code, acting as a project lead and providing subject matter expertise and guidance on the TXCSES 1.0 application.  Work may involve executing system test and validating test results. Work is accomplished in a highly collaborative environment and independently with a focus on quality and customer service.  Works under minimal supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
