As a Sr. Client Implementation Manager you will you will manage and execute successful client implementations from onboarding to launch. You’ll be focused on assisting the customer in gaining operational efficiency, economic return, and knowledge transfer. You will take on a hands-on approach in managing multiple, concurrent projects within established scope, budget and timeframes, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You will primarily be managing client implementations and project teams while optimizing efficiencies and processes. You will develop and manage our large client SaaS launch plans by creating clear and obtainable implementation objectives, planning resources, conducting risk assessments, managing project schedule, and gaining customer sign-off on deliverables. You’ll be the point of contact at all stages with our clients as well as internal stakeholders, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re going to be counting on your expertise in managing large customer SaaS implementation projects, it’s important to us that you bring several years of direct experience. Having this experience means that you will have sharpened your skills at requirements gathering, resource planning, risk assessment, and change management. You will have mastered the art of Gantt charts and other project scheduling tools as well as collaboration tools like wiki’s, Basecamp, or others. We’re going to be strongly examining your ability to communicate, whether it’s writing business and technical project documentation, to communicating with team members, we’ll value your ability to enable action by gaining consensus.

You’ll definitely get our attention if you also have:

  • Healthcare (EHR, EMR) project management experience
  • Agile experience
  • PMI Certification
