The Strategy and Operations team is a high-performance team chartered with assisting the President of the fast-growing Billion-dollar SMB business unit in driving the business forward. This involves providing a mix of sound strategic advice combined with practical operational insight. We work on the most pressing issues for the business and we have very hands on involvement in making the fast-paced BU a success. The pace and environment feels more like a start-up than a big corporation.
The background of the team includes a mix of top tier strategic consulting (Bain, BCG, etc), I-banking and private equity, strong operational experience in both large blue chip companies as well as cool start-ups and deep knowledge of both each market segment and B2B sales. We work hard and play hard, and we always have fun!
The Manager/Senior Manager will work along side other principals in the team to deliver solid business recommendations. Example of projects you will work on range from the very strategic to the very operational: evaluate market opportunity in foreign countries, product strategy, business planning, market segmentation, sales pipeline analysis, regular business performance review and the regular tackle and blocking of sales. You will interact with all areas of the organization and get good exposure to very senior executives.
The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical capabilities, strong work ethic and is a fast learner. Prior experience in a top tier consulting firm, i-banking or a respectable strategy group is a big plus. Prior experience in a fast paced start-up is also a plus. We consider candidates from other business or engineering backgrounds that can demonstrate solid analytical and business capabilities.

Required Skills / Experience:
• 4-8 years of analytical work experience
• Strong business sense and creativity in developing actionable analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
• Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics or related field of study; MBA is a plus
