This person will be developing, implementing and measuring all aspects of integrated marketing campaigns that cut across a range of categories and businesses and customer segments, as appropriate. This person will utilize advertising, sales enablement, customer tools, brand management and tradeshow to form a cohesive marketing communications campaign. A key objective for this role will be to ensure our marketing communications efforts are well aligned, are as effective and efficient as possible, and are having maximum impact. This person will be reporting to director of corporate and marketing communications and working with the business teams across Products, Solutions and Sales and will also work directly with senior management. Excellent interpersonal, communication and project management skills are essential. This person will manage a team of trades show manger and branding manager focused on the day to day management of and execution for key marketing communication deliverables. Responsibilities: • Drive overall production and management of trade shows, exhibitions and corporate events • Manage corporate sponsorship and membership • Provide analytical thinking and written summaries evaluating tradeshows, marketing communications, and promotional merchandise program success and future opportunities for improvement • Oversee sales and marketing collateral for print and online, including website content (i.e. brochures, web pages, email blasts, online advertisements, newsletters, promotional material, partner co-marketing, presentations, and other multimedia items) • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business and the organization to build alignment and support for integrated campaigns – from high level objectives through to execution, metrics and analysis • Establish and implement repeatable and scalable processes and project management for marketing communications • Identify and incorporate objective metrics and ROI measures across marketing communications materials, programs, and campaigns to evaluate and assess effectiveness • Develop a system and process for prioritization and engage with senior level management, and key stakeholders across sales and marketing, to ensure alignment • Ensure marketing programs and campaigns are meeting Marvell corporate brand guidelines and building brand equity by delivering relevant and meaningful communications and experiences. • Build a high performing team with clear accountability, as well as passion, enthusiasm and ability for driving better business results through best-in-class marketing communications • Leverage external agencies, vendors and contractors to provide flexibility in bandwidth, throughput and staffing levels as well as incorporate creative expertise from outside the company
