Responsibilities: The purpose of Regional Marketing is to build brand awareness and demand for Panda in local communities by forging meaningful connections with our guests that drive regional transactions and sales. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for serving as a strategic business partner to the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) by training Regional Marketing Associate Managers to successfully execute marketing initiatives within the Region to achieve business objectives. This position leads, develops, and trains Regional Marketing Associate Managers in meeting sales and profitability goals through the effective execution of marketing training programs. The Regional Marketing Manager works with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager to develop and deliver tools and training programs. Essential Functions: The essential functions in this job description are not all-inclusive of this job’s duties and responsibilities. Descriptions: Leads Regional Marketing Associate Managers, including their selection, development, and performance feedback, elevating associate performance to support the company’s growth strategies. Collaborates with Regional Marketing Associate Managers and RDOs on appropriate success metrics in meeting sales and profitability goals through the effective execution of marketing training programs. Works in collaboration with the Senior Regional Marketing Manager to develop tools and training programs to ensure effective delivery and execution that meets and exceeds goals. Ensures through training Regional Marketing Associate Managers the effective delivery of off-the-shelf marketing programs to support focus areas including catering, fundraising, grand openings, accelerated focus stores, and community events. Serves as a strategic business partner to Operations leaders through active support and coaching of Regional Marketing Associate Managers as they execute off-the-shelf marketing initiatives. Provides the RDO and other Operations leaders within the Region with the training, marketing tools and materials necessary to successfully execute national promotions as well as local marketing efforts. Supports and manages the brand integrity of collateral and program material development including copy writing and design direction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or related field Minimum five to seven years of experience in retail/hospitality marketing with increasing management responsibility, including experience in organizing and delivering training programs, or Operations management experience; must have demonstrated marketing experience and been a leader in their area in marketing, with shown results Successful completion of annual store training Travel in store/hotel training environment throughout assigned Zones/Regions: up to 75% (overnight and weekend travel varies by Region); home office-based position.
