Description:"Responsibilities Create and supervise all brand public relations across high profile media channels. Integrate interactive media into the overall business strategy. Manage/monitor earned and unearned brand impressions and their impact on the Theranos brand. Manage internal brand communications and announcements. Identify and proactively seek out brand content and engagement opportunities. Effectively communicate with management, internal departments, external partners, and creative agencies as needed. Work closely with executive leadership to drive public relations and external brand communications strategy. Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple and ongoing assignments/projects. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related field. A Masters is a plus. 5-7 years' experience as a director of PR at a creative agency working across multiple offices or at an innovative company. Has strong connections/relationships across media platforms (TV, social, film, print, lifestyle, entertainment) Has developed groundbreaking and talked about PR campaigns that have built the brand's cultural currency and help create brand evangelists. Has the ability to respond quickly in shifting situations. Has strong presence and can juggle multiple projects while maintaining a calm demeanor. Demonstrates a high level of initiative and ability to function superbly in both individual and team environments. Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well."
