Description:"Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Director of Public Relations & Analyst Relations is responsible for leading, planning, implementing, and evaluating all public relations and analyst relations initiatives and activities in support of Yodlee, Inc. and its 2 key business units: the Financial Institution (FI) and Yodlee Interactive (YI) business entities. From a PR perspective, the position will oversee key activity areas such as press releases, customer news and references, thought leadership pitches, byline articles, reviews and awards, speaker opportunities and more. From an AR stand-point, the position will pursue, nurture, and maintain critical relationships with key industry analysts and other important market influencers. The Director will partner closely with Product Management & Marketing, Sales, Corporate Marketing, and other teams to help define, plan, and implement cross functional activity and is also expected to lead them with regard to PR & AR strategy and tactics. The position will periodically interface with E-staff and is expected to provide functional leadership to this group. Key Competencies Considerable experience in leading public relations and analyst relations for a technology and/or Internet company is required. Can be from the company side and/or agency side. Relevant experience with financial institutions and banks is desired (but not required). Desire a fact-based thinker with solid problem-solving and decision-making skills. Exceptional leadership, team, and people skills are important. Excellent communication and presentation skills are key. Ability to persuade is important. Self-starting is a must. Need to be very proactive with strong time/project management capabilities and a “get it done” mindset. Education and Experience 7 to 10+ years of relevant professional experience and qualifications. Deep experience in leading both “external” resources (e.g. a public relations agency) and “internal” constituencies (e.g. executive staff, product management, sales, and corporate marketing) in terms of PR and AR strategy and activities.
