Qualifications: Required Skills/Experience: 10+ years as a project manager leading software development teams IT projects with full SDLC exposure IT development projects using Agile methodology Strong verbal (able to lead/facilitate user group sessions) and written skills Collaboration with multi-functional teams/stakeholder; working in teams Strongly desired Skills/Experience: Knowledge of FDA CTP systems, offices, and divisions stakeholders, and business (processes) Leading development projects in the Federal Government environment Direct Coding, DBA, or Data Modeling experience Required Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree PMI PMP Certification Preferred Education/Training: Certified ITIL Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Responsibilities: CTP Project Management - With minimal supervision alongside the CTP Project Manager and the business team on one or more CTP IT projects, perform project management tasks such as leading, planning, monitoring/controlling and resourcing in an agile development environment Business Analysis Support - Alongside the CTP Project Manager and other Integrated Project Team members (IPT) perform tasks including meeting scheduling, meeting agenda preparation, meeting note-taking, status reporting, documentation updates, EPLC documentation, and provide assistance with data-calls or any other ad-hoc project management activity Development - In an Agile environment, organize the development team to produce high-quality, well written code that meets (or exceeds) user expectations. Negotiating and managing business leaders' expectations for reasonable achievable results Risk Management - Identify, document, classify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks Other deliverables - In collaboration with CTP Project Manager, perform tasks such as planning, monitoring, eliciting, analyzing, documenting and testing of project deliverables such as project management plans, business plan analysis, project schedules, etc. Day-to-day people management ensuring compliance with FDA, CTP, and DRT policies while motivating team to provide superlative service and being engaged
