The Client Services Project is focused on delivering a solution to store all client-related documents across Investment Management globally. The successful candidate will be able to work with our partners in the business and technology areas to gather requirements, understand functional solutions, propose wireframes and business logic for the new user interface, and coordinate testing. This work will be managed using the Agile Methodology. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the epics and stories required, managing a daily scrum meeting for the full team, managing the release plan for the application, and preparing regular status reports Qualifications: Experience Required: A minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Scrum Master/Senior Business Analyst in a relevant financial services environment. Experience with writing Business Requirement/Functional specifications. Experience working using Agile Methodology. Experience in building web-based applications. Skills Required: Excellent problem-solving / analytical ability. Ability to author business requirements functional specifications. Client-facing skills - able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues. Structured and organized. High attention to detail. Ability to proactively identify present and/or future obstacles, issues, and opportunities and take action to address them. Ability to build and sustain collaborative relationships and alliances across internal, external and organizational boundaries. Ability to apply conceptual and analytical thinking to address issues. Ability to recognize trends, patterns and relationships between apparently unrelated events. Ability to see key issues and/or themes in complex situations. Analyze and document logical relationships among data, processes or events within information systems in a simple and efficient manner. Ability to conduct presentations to technology and business audiences. Consistently display awareness and sensitivity to the needs of internal and/or external clients. Proactively ensure these needs are met. Structured and disciplined approach to planning and status reporting. Demonstrate ownership and take responsibility for their work. Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a dynamic team environment. Ability to manage multiple deliverables in parallel in a fast paced, demanding environment.
