Our Product Team is searching for an experienced, hands on agile project manager to help us mature and improve our processes and project execution. You will be working within the product and technology teams to ensure that processes are set and followed, metrics are tracked, and that we are continuously improving our productivity and striving towards excellence through iterating on our processes, tools, and artifacts. Your primary responsibilities will include: Acting scrum master leading our agile teams Organize and facilitate planning, stand up, retrospective, and demo meetings Organize and ensure that sprint documentation and communication materials are maintained and kept up to date - task board, knowledge repositories, meeting minutes, etc Facilitate breakdown, estimation, and grooming of product backlog stories Track timelines and KPIs and assist in managing cross team dependencies and communication Ensure adherence to agile best practices and processes. Encourage collaboration, communication, and transparency/visibility into the process. Prevent distractions, help remove blockers, and keep teams on track and focused Desired Skills & Experience 2-3 years experience as scrum master, agile project manager Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Strong attention to detail and process oriented thinking Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and good grasp of business concepts Experience with Pivotal, Jira, and/or other agile project management or tracking tools Experience driving sprint planning and execution, removing/escalating impediments, reporting risks, sprint, and release progress
