The Project Manager (Scrum Master) will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of high quality projects meeting established business requirements using agile processes and methods(not limited to Scrum). In addition, you will provide coaching to the organization, ensuring adherence to established processes and practices. The Project Manager will be responsible for numerous tasks covering the product development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have superior client-facing skills. You will need to support the team with various client communications, status reporting, coordination, internal and external meeting facilitation and management, workshop sessions, decision management documentation, and presentation and delivery (release) preparation. The Project Manager is actively guiding the planning, tracking and other day to day activities of a project delivery team. This role requires solid, practical experience with the techniques and approaches in guiding and supporting project teams. ScrumMasters collaborate intensively with their team members and Product Owners. They also interact with other teams to mentor, consult, and assist them in making appropriate process decisions and to solve any blocking points. Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects of medium to large scale through all sprints/iterations and phases of the project Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, sprint/release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress with, and to all affected teams and management Assist team with making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition Determine and remove all obstacles that may interfere with the ability of the teams’ to deliver assigned goals Provide direction to project activities to ensure successful implementation and support Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase productivity Promote a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity and innovation Assist in defining and deploying new product development processes and in facilitating the continuous improvement of existing processes Attitude of empowerment - Must be able to lead a team to self-organization. Attitude of transparency – Must desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business about development and grow business trust.
