Responsibilities: Prepare for and facilitate daily scrum meetings, biweekly sprint planning, review, retrospective meetings, and planning poker sessions with technical software team Compile, analyze, and present statistics about time estimation accuracy, team velocity, and burndown rate to development team each sprint Create, maintain, and organize backlog of epics, stories, and tasks in JIRA Write user cases, create wireframes/mockups of user interface, prepare for and facilitate feature design meetings Write and update interactive test cases for systems acceptance testing Help with various project management responsibilities such as staffing and budget spreadsheets, writing monthly accomplishment reports for delivery to client, and maintaining project’s Client Service Management site Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess a B.S. in an Engineering discipline or related field, preferably with experience in the Software Development Lifecycle. Candidates with an active Top Secret clearance are preferred. U.S. Citizenship is required. Highly desirable skills/experience includes: Knowledge of requirements decomposition and user experience design Experience in software testing and QA/QC Excellent technical writing skills and communication skills ScrumAlliance Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or experience on an Agile / Scrum team
