PCH has an immediate need for a Scrum Master, who will be responsible for facilitating and guiding the assigned project teams in their activities and helping to keep the project(s) on track using Agile Scrum methodology/framework. Roles and responsibilities include: Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint planning, and demos Plan, manage and communicate releases, goals, schedules, dependencies, procedures and tasks Mitigate issues and elevate to management as necessary Ensure successful completion of sprints within scope, budget, time and quality parameters Manage development activities performed on-site, off-shore and integration with a 3rd party provider Coach and mentor the team as needed to reach their highest potential Required Skills/Experience: Bachelor’s degree or combination of relevant education and experience 2-5 years of Scrum Master experience Certified SCRUM Master with solid Project Management and team leadership abilities Able to keep projects on track, build consensus amongst all stakeholders and deliver exceptional results Experience in Agile SCRUM and conventional project management, implementation/management, E-Commerce, client/server and back end applications development management Knowledge of the full SDLC, including various methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile SCRUM, XP. Experience in e-business strategy consulting, business process analysis and requirements definition, risk management Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, practices and rules Experience with Version One and Kanban Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Strong goal setting and task prioritization abilities Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and individuals
