Requirements: Desired Skills and Experience: PMP and Bachelor's degree required CSM certification highly preferred Experience planning, executing, managing and completing medium to large IT projects that address the operational needs of two or more departments. Strong Scrum Master experience Developing and overseeing resources and ensures appropriate management, customer and supplier involvement for life of project. Translating customer business objectives into tactical plans and strategy and ensures approval through appropriate information systems governance structure. Identifying key stakeholders, assembling and managing one or more cross-functional project teams, maintaining budget and quality standards and managing deliverables. Ensuring documentation is maintained as the project is changed or refined over time and communicating project status to end- users.
