Position Summary: The Project Manager, acting as the management lead, shall ensure that all work on this contract complies with contract terms and conditions and shall have access to Contractor corporate senior leadership when necessary. Contractor's management lead shall be the primary interface with the DHS-CBP Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contacting Officer (CO) and shall attend status meetings and ad hoc meetings with stakeholders as required. Primary Responsibilities: PM-level oversight of transition activities from existing teams identified by the Government 90 days prior to the end of the task order in accordance with Agile principles; knowledge acquisition is expected to occur within development sprints. Establishment of a transition roadmap and backlog. Identifying transition risks and risk mitigation. Defining roles and responsibilities. Defining a knowledge transfer approach. Creating and providing project checklists. Managing Agile teams involved with the development of continuous integration, automated testing, automated configuration, automated deployment, and capture of automated metrics. Providing of overall management of integrated Agile development teams for the purpose of responding to specific application development and sustainment requirements the Government identifies (new development, defects, or refactoring of existing code). Development teams will develop both application and infrastructure code. The infrastructure code will enable automated deployment and maintenance, and manage the automated configuration of the deployment pipeline. Team members will work directly on Agile Development teams to support rapid cycles of development, test, deployment and release. Project management oversight of test cases and automated test scripts to support test automation activities as well as management of teams who develop, define, and manage the configuration of the automated deployment pipeline. Required Skills: Understanding of AGILE methodologies. Understanding of the following architecture components: Java, Oracle, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, Adobe, Hadoop, and Drools Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline AGILE Scrum Master Certified PMP (PMI) Certified Clearance: DHS Suitability/CBP Clearance Work Location: Washington, DC metro area Travel Statement: Minimum of 10%
