As an Account Executive, you will focus either on the Residential or Commercial Real Estate industries to generate new business opportunities for our REthink RES or REthink CRE products. You will be responsible for driving strategic, enterprise-wide CRM initiatives within the medium business market segment. You must be able to forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied and reference-able customers.
We are looking for high energy Technology Account Executives with experience and passion for software / cloud products. This role reports to our Head of Sales and will be critical to our growth.
- Achieve/exceed a quarterly sales quota
- Thoroughly qualify leads received from our marketing team as well leads generated through outbound prospecting
- Leverage business from new & established relationships utilizing Salesforce
- To strategize, negotiate & close business
- Deliver outstanding product demos with technical depth to resolve a variety of customer issues

What skills and abilities would make you a great fit?
- 3+ years of quota carrying, technology based sales experience; SaaS sales experience preferred
- Proactive territory management and prospecting
- Track record of over achieving quota
- Experience closing complex sales cycles in a consultative manner
- Background and or experience within the Commercial or Residential real estate industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree
