Having built a profitable retail business and having established a brand that inspires confidence in 15+ million members, we are now defining our next generation data platform that will enable us to unlock massive opportunities for growth through personalization.  The Data Platform team is at the forefront of this transformation - defining how we collect millions of member interactions daily and transforming them into actionable member insights.  To achieve this vision, we need leaders with a bias for action, experience in "big data" and CRM implementations and a passion for innovation.  This is a career-defining role for a Senior Manager to set and drive the strategic direction of Our Client's Data and CRM platforms, with the opportunity to make a difference on a massive scale.
 You will:
Be a thought leader and partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to scale our business through the effective use of member data and insights
Work at the intersection of operational processes and marketing technology platforms (CRM, Tag Management, Digital Advertising, etc.) with an appreciation for time to market
Own our member data pipeline from Web/App activity collection to "productized" segments used across the enterprise
Manage our MarTech vendor relationships and drive best practices across the enterprise
Partner with Engineering and Marketing to prototype, test and implement different personalization tactics across all member touch points
Power strategic initiatives through your deep knowledge of data and MarTech platforms
Define capabilities and navigate tradeoffs to enable pervasive use of data to deepen member engagement and allow our technologists to innovate more quickly
Prioritize opportunities, aligning stakeholders and communicating decisions throughout the company
Build internal capabilities to configure and operate our CRM and Data Platforms at scale
You have:
5+ years of direct experience in CRM and/or Data Platforms implementation and operation, preferably in an e-commerce setting
Proven experience in defining, implementing, and enforcing data standards, preferably with tagging frameworks
Passion for cross functional collaboration and demonstrated success working with Engineers, Data Scientists, Marketers, and Product Managers
Developed strategic partnerships with software vendors that enabled revenue growth and/or operational efficiency
Partnered with internal technology and engineering teams to build new solutions within an agile mindset
Analyzed business processes and recommended solution enhancements with business stakeholder buy-in
Desire to move forward quickly, balanced with the patience to manage complexity and drive large, multi-threaded projects to completion
Managed multiple priorities concurrently and drove focused resolution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven ability to establish credibility with a world-class team, leveraging business acumen, technical expertise, and effective communication
Knowledge of Data Warehouses is preferred
A Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
