Residential Property Manager – Lease Enforcement

Worth Clark Realty has recently been ranked #89 on Inc.’s list of the fastest growing privately-held companies in the US, and we’re looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as soon as possible as a Lease Enforcement Associate. In this position, you will be involved in the day-to-day operation of lease enforcement, rent collections, and will contribute to the team efforts of supporting a very large and growing portfolio of residential properties. This is a fast-paced, ever changing environment that requires working closely with a dynamic team of talented individuals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service at all times
  • Answer owner and tenant questions via calls and emails and solve any problems they may be having
  • Enforce lease provisions, and issue violation notices
  • Contact tenants via phone, email and text regarding past due rent and other delinquent amounts
  • Arrange for debt repayment and/or establish payment schedules
  • File evictions and rent and damage suits as needed
  • Enforce utility bill payments
  • Assist with section 8 compliance
  • Assist with lease termination

Skills, Experience & Abilities:

  • Self-starter who is action and results-oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful, creative, and decisive
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and applications
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using web applications to manage workflow and tasks
  • Collections or accounts receivable experience is a plus
  • Property management experience is preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

· Starting salary is $32,000/year, based on experience.

· 40+ hours per week, Monday-Friday
