Social CRM Specialists are the frontline of interaction with clients of Spredfast and responsible for building trust and maintaining post-sale relationships. Specialists help configure our system, educate our users and develop best practices to ensure all Spredfast clients leverage the full power of the platform to meet their business objectives. The ideal Spredfast Social CRM Specialist is a good listener who is articulate, responsive, patient, and possesses the ability to explain a wide range of social media concepts to clients with varying levels of social media knowledge. Specialists will be authentic because that is who they are and not just what they advise. Our recommendations will be backed by data and strong social media execution experience. All Spredfast employees have a good a sense of humor, lots of creativity, and a "team first" disposition.

 

Responsibilities
1Performance will be measured by the annual percentage of client renewals
2Specialists will understand and internally advocate the customer's viewpoint to our technical support, marketing, product, sales and executive teams
3All post-sales communication with client will originate with the Customer Success Team, including: 
Training
Technical Support
Regularly scheduled client check-ins
Custom deliverables
Working with clients to enhance their social media strategy and determine their KPIs

 

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Advertising, Marketing, PR or Business
5+ years work experience minimum, preferably at least 2 years with a team using social media or in an agency setting helping clients use social media
Deep knowledge of social media platforms, services, and best practices 
Proven client management skills, with a "client-first" attitude
Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to make decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Highly organized and detail oriented
Innate intellectual curiosity about marketing and advertising, social media, our product, our partners, and our competitors
