Responsible for installing software, creating new accounts, and providing initial product support on notification products and services in adherence to corporate and departmental policies and procedures; Perform a variety of technical implementation and maintenance tasks which may include script recordings, message building, bridge customization, mapping and blocks, schedule building, data validation, test calls, reporting customer coding, or daily routines; Proactively review installation requirements to gather information and understand the needs of the clients.
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Computer Science, Communication, or related field preferred
Minimum 1 year customer service experience required, preferably in a business to business environment Minimum 1 year installation or software training experience preferred
Minimum 1 year experience working in the healthcare or technical industries preferred
Based on the area of responsibility, the following skills are preferred

* Ability to learn independently and follow a task to completion
* Good verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to learn and work in multiple systems
* Ability to learn internal products as they change
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Web Support: ASP, PHP, HTML, CSS, and basic design principles required;
knowledge of SQL preferred
