Business Analyst (State Client)
- Experience with documentation of business and functional requirements across multiple projects.
- Demonstrable experience using Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
- Functional testing including reviewing test plans, compiling results and supporting test users.
- Preparing project management artifacts within a defined project management framework.
- Organizing, leading and documenting meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Business process definition, documentation and reengineering.
- Experience in creating operational procedures to promote applications from development to production for technical and non-technical staff
- Knowledge of Health and Human Services programs
