Patient Care Director
Provide hands-on clinical and administrative leadership as Patient Care Director across our technologically advanced Interventional Cardiology, including Electrophysiology Lab, Cardiac Catherization Lab, and Transesophagael Echo (TEE). In this growth and advancement opportunity, you will oversee all aspects of care delivery while gaining management exposure to operations, efficiency initiatives, budget and finance, and program expansion. You’ll sit on the hospital-wide committees, partnering with senior leadership to effect patient-inspired change. And you’ll partner with cardiac physicians at the start of an exciting new era for our program.
With three new Electrophysiology (EP) Labs, a new Catherization Lab reporting system, and anticipated construction of new facilities, our program is poised to deliver healing and health on a new, inspiring level. We are seeking a change agent, someone with the tenacity to shape nursing practice at a major academic medical center. Candidates must have a master’s degree in Nursing and a current NYS RN license, supported by proven leadership experience. Ideal candidates are those who regularly think outside of the box, with a proactive approach to management, mentoring, team building and strategic planning.
