Business Analyst (HHSC- 52942000129789)

Location- Austin, TX

Duration - 3 Months

Due Date for this Position is June 8th 2014

 

 

Responsibilities may include:

{C}·   Document meeting proceedings including publication and distribution of meeting minutes.

{C}·   Facilitate and/or manage the creation of project documentation as needed for the scope of projects.

{C}·   Create and maintain of diagrams and charts.

{C}·   Create and maintain presentation materials.

{C}·   Perform project coordination tasks, including scheduling meetings.

{C}·   Maintain and support project communication matrix.

{C}·   Perform audits and reviews of project documentation deliverables as assigned.

{C}·   Identify key business functions and stakeholders to participate in project activities.

{C}·   Develop and maintain of business, systems and/or project documentation in coordination with other team members.

{C}·   Other duties as assigned.

Support a project team in the Information Technology industry demonstrating excellent oral and written communications skills.

Expertise with the following MS Office products: Word, Excel (including pivot tables, charts, graphs), and MS PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to communicate successfully with technical and non-technical groups to facilitate the coordination of project activities.

Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, PMLC and SDLC documentation.

Experience developing and distributing stakeholder communications.

Experience documenting complex and abstract information as it is being discussed.

Expertise with the following MS Office products: MS Project (creating work plans) and MS PowerPoint (developing or maintaining systems).

Expertise with MS Outlook.

Experience designing and creating process flow diagrams and other graphical diagrams using Microsoft Office Visio.

Experience with developing workflow and/or data management processes flow using modeling and mapping tools.

Strong multi-tasking skills involving the specific ability to work on multiple projects or project assignments.

Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail in all aspects of assignments.

Strong adherence to deadlines and excellent punctuality.
