Description:

The CEO of an aggressive professional strategic estate management firm is seeking an energetic professional Personal Assistant. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be energetic, exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges of supporting a busy executive and entrepreneur with a diverse portfolio of commitments and clients. The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, often under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Professional written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important. Required: • Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and multiple time zones • Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel • Experience scheduling travel arrangements for management • Patience and a sense of humor, ideal candidate • Willingness to work on-demand some nights and weekends as CEO needs dictate Responsibilities: • Heavy calendar management and appointment scheduling, requiring interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants, to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner • Interact with executives and staff of multiple entrepreneurial endeavors in a confidential and professional manner, balancing CEO time commitments appropriately • Assist executive on personal tasks (coffee, errands, personal appointment scheduling) as needed • Arrange travel schedule and reservations including airline, hotel, car rental, and other transportation modes based on executive preferences. Salary based on experience, but know that this position has plenty of opportunity for growth and bonuses. In addition, company pays 90% of the employee's health insurance premiums and offers a retirement plan.
