Description:

U.S. Trade Services Is An Operational Group That Supports U.S. Customer S Import, Export, And Other Trade Activities Through The Processing And Servicing Of Commercial Letters Of Credit, Standby Letters Of Credit And Other Trade Products. 

Responsible For Overall Management Of A Trade Services Operations Site. Responsibilities Include: Establishing Operations Standards, Technological Support And Budget For Section Managing Of First And Second Level Officers Having Involvement With Sales/Marketing Officers And Major Customers Having Involvement In Long-Range Or Strategic Planning For Section. 

Basic Qualifications 
8+ Years Experience In One Or More Of The Following Business Functions: International Trade, Transportation/Logistics, Financial Services, Customer Service, Project Management, Product Management Or Process Management. 4+ Years Of Leadership Experience. 

Minimum Qualifications 
Advanced Knowledge Of International And Domestic Banking Which May Include Managing Multiple International Businesses And Processes. Experience In Handling Complex Transactions Across Multiple Systems. Strong Customer Orientation. Demonstrated Ability To Interact With Multiple Levels Of Staff, Managers And Business Partners Across Multiple Sites, Businesses And/Or Countries. Leadership Skills With Proven Ability To Develop Staff, Assess Issues And Risks, Make Quick Decisions, Continuously Improve Processes And Influence Change. 

Demonstrated Operations Management Experience Including Identification Of Inefficiencies, Development Of Best Practices, Development Of Control Points, And Oversight Of Production Volume. Demonstrated Trade Services Experience Including Strong Background In Handling Complex Transactions With Ability To Identify Customer-Centric Solutions. Demonstrated Understanding Of The Importance Of Compliance And Regulatory Requirements In International Banking. Strong Organizational, Analytical And Detail Oriented Skills. Strong Written And Verbal Communications Skills. 

Preferred Skills 
Strong Background With Standby Letters Of Credit And Strong Project Management Skills.
