    Contracted to provided a full day to adventure training and team building activities for the entire school staff (95 teachers) to enhance their staff development training. Provided a unique and fun way for both new and returning teachers to get to know each other, work on communication channels, problem solve, and just have fun.     Served as the Chairman of the political action committee in support of the $49.9 million dollar school bond for the Stafford Municipal School District. The bond passed by a 72% margin, the highest margin of any municipal/school bond in Texas history! Increased voter turn out. The effects of the new strategic plans that resulted the need for new facilities and major changes to the existing property, will allow for new programs and opportunities for the students of Stafford Texas for the next 20-25 years, that will change the students and community forever.
