    As a claims processor I processed home and vehicle claims from insurance companies throughout the nation. Input data into the system using W5 and assigned claims to field appraisers. Point of contact for insurance companies, adjusters and appraisers. Recruited field appraisers for both home and vehicle appraisals. Negotiated pay, and updated all personnel information into the system. Set up direct deposit payments, printed and mailed out paychecks. Contract ended.

    Although this was a different administrative position I've held it still involved pretty much the same duties as any other. Duties included scheduling appointments for tattoos, piercings and consultations. Suggested design, colors, placement of tattoo, etc. Bought supplies for the artists. Did online research for specific tattoos and forms. Sanitized the shop at closing time.

    In this role I learned all duties to become an Account Manager. Here is where I developed such passion for staffing. Duties included answering and transferring calls, check people in calling available for work. Used Promatch to enter new applications in the system. Prescreen applicants/phone interview. Use 5 panel oral drug tests, sent in a variety of reports due at the end of the week. Use E-Verify to verify employment authorization. Set up applicants on Prove it website for online assessments. Schedule potential candidates for interviews, orientation and other paper work. Make job offers to eligible candidates, give employees directions and instructions on work assignment. Counseled employees when needed. Went on company website to print out online application on employee portal and print out assessment scores. Programs used: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, E-Verify, Promatch and Tempware. I relocated to Florida.

    I was responsible for all new orders that came in from physicians for elderly patients needing care at home. Duties included creating schedules for Physical and Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aides and Nurses. Updated and noted patient profiles as needed using McKesson software. Created, cancelled and moved patient visits as needed. Answered to patients’ questions and requests. Updated and created forms used for time keeping, scheduling, meetings, etc. coordinated and attended many staff meetings. Created and completed surveys for patient satisfaction.
