It integrates thorough business and operations knowledge with high levels of technical expertise, dramatically minimizes the risk of offshore development, and provides advanced, sophisticated analytic and project management. In the capacity of Partner Mr. Butler was responsible for the strategic management of the firm's Capital Markets and Investment Banking practices on a global basis; including developing and launching a Hedge Fund Services (HFS) Center of Excellence in the U.S., U.K. and Ireland. Joseph held overall P&L responsibility for the practice since its inception and grew it from zero to $20MM within 2.5 years. During his tenure Joseph's main goal was 100% client satisfaction and developing a culture of partnership with the client base. Mr Butler also was responsible for the creation, execution and management of the firms Staff Augmentation division across all vertical markets.

During his tenure Mr. Butler sat on several advisory committees for both non-profits and several start-up firms in various stages of funding.
