My Job responsibilities are as follows:
• Responsible for finding candidates to fill IT, Engineering, Healthcare and other job opportunities with our client companies.
• Find candidates using a variety of methods including but not limited to, getting referrals, industry networking, direct sourcing, and creative online sourcing.
• Identify / Recognize candidate by looking through our database (SMARTSEARCH).
• Majority of the day spent on reviewing resumes, on the phone calling potential candidates, pre-screening qualifications, preparing candidate submittals to clients, scheduling interviews and providing feedback, and presenting candidates credentials to Account Manager then to client companies.
• Responsible for taking that candidate through the entire company interview cycle.
• Will work in coordination with Account Executive on all pending Job orders and business needs.
